Subject: Scheduled Exchange Server Maintenance Notification
To: All MessageDisk Customers
Server Upgrade Window: Beginning at 10:00 PM PST, February 20, 2009 and ending by 1:00 AM PST, February 21, 2009
Anticipated Service Downtime: Not to exceed 45 sequential minutes total during the maintenance window

In our continuing effort to deliver the highest levels of service and reliability, MessageDisk will be installing Exchange server upgrades and security patches on February 20th. Several moments of service downtime will be necessary in order to make these improvements.

Access to your Exchange mailbox, the customer control panel, and Outlook Web Access (OWA) will be temporarily interrupted during the maintenance window. Messages received during the upgrade window will be available as soon as the upgrades are complete.
