Scheduled Maintenance - June 18, 2009

To: All MessageDisk Customers
Server Upgrade Window: Beginning at 10:00 PM PDT, June 18, 2010 and ending by 1:00 AM PDT, June 19, 2010
Anticipated Service Downtime: Not to exceed 45 sequential minutes total during the maintenance window

MessageDisk will be conducting scheduled maintenance Friday night (June 18, 2010). During this maintenance window, we will be making hardware upgrades and installing software upgrades and security patches to our Exchange servers. Several moments of service downtime will be necessary in order to make these improvements.

Access to your Exchange mailbox will be temporarily interrupted during the maintenance window. Messages received during the upgrade window will be available as soon as the upgrades are complete.

This maintenance is in accordance with our policy to ensure the continued reliability of MessageDisk systems.

Scheduled BES Security Updates - May 29, 2009

Anticipated Service Downtime: Not to exceed 15 sequential minutes total during the server upgrade window

In our continuing effort to deliver the highest levels of service and reliability, MessageDisk will be applying BlackBerry server security updates on Friday, May 29th. The updates to be installed address a vulnerability associated with PDF parsing on BES servers. Several moments of service downtime will be necessary in order to make these improvements.

Mail delivery to your Exchange mailbox will NOT be affected. Messages received during the upgrade window will be delivered to your BlackBerry device as soon as the upgrade is complete.

Scheduled Maintenance - September 23, 2008

MessageDisk will be performing scheduled maintenance on September 23, 2008 between 11:30PM and 12AM PDT. We apologize in advance for any brief or intermittent outages experienced.
