Scheduled BES Upgrades - December 10, 2008

Subject: Scheduled BlackBerry Server Enhancement Notification
To: All MessageDisk BlackBerry Customers
Server Upgrade Window: Beginning at 10:30 PM PST, December 10, 2008 and ending by 12:00 AM PST, December 11, 2008
Anticipated Service Downtime: Not to exceed 45 sequential minutes total during the server upgrade window

In our continuing effort to deliver the highest levels of service and reliability, MessageDisk will be performing BlackBerry server upgrades and improvements on December 10th. Several moments of service downtime will be necessary in order to make these improvements.

Mail delivery to your Exchange mailbox will NOT be affected. Messages received during the upgrade window will be delivered to your BlackBerry device as soon as the upgrade is complete.
